Just go up on the trampoline and start bouncing – you don’t need to jump high and you can hold on to something for balance if you need it. The gravitational pull will move the fluid throughout your body and regulate the work of the lymph system.
Another great way of moving lymph throughout your body is by training tennis, basketball or jumping rope. This will move the lymph and stimulate the removal of toxins from your body.
Some experts suggest that you don’t need anything strenuous to get the lymph moving – even a simple walk can help. Brisk walking has shown that it can reduce the risk of several mental and physical diseases and conditions, and will clear your mind and help you relax as well. Try going for 15-minute walks 3 times a week, then increase the duration and frequency every other week. The intense movement will move lymph throughout the channels and clean the nodes and your body of toxins.
